Sponsorships
Sponsorships and in-kind donations are the easiest way to support The LeadershipPlenty Institute of Waco, while also receiving public exposure for your company or organization.
In-kind donations of venue space, catering, event related vendors, and marketing and printed materials are appreciated. If your business offers a service or product that would be of use for the LPI program, please reach out using the form at the bottom of this page as we would love to partner with you and your business.
2025-2026 LPI Sponsorships

Sponsor operational costs for the morning and evening sessions of one (out of ten total) curriculum modules for The LeadershipPlenty Institute of Waco. Preference given for specific module and date but subject to availability. 50-60 attendees total on the class day. See “Cohort 15 Event Sponsorships” for expected attendance at Kickoff and Graduation events.

Logo printed in participant class materials, displayed on slide in presentation with verbal recognition, and visibly displayed in high traffic area at the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative

Choice to attend both morning and evening modules to give 5 minute promotional presentation
Sponsor the entire program tuition cost for one participant in Cohort 15 of The LeadershipPlenty Institute of Waco. See “Cohort 15 Event Sponsorships” for expected attendance at Kickoff and Graduation events.

Commit to providing 30 meals with drinks for breakfast and/or dinner on one class module day. 50-60 attendees total.

Kickoff Event - September 30th, 2025 - First group gathering of Cohort 15 to provide get-to-know-you opportunities and orient participants to the program. 50-65 expected in attendance.
Graduation Event - March 31st, 2026 - Final group gathering of Cohort 15 to celebrate completion of the program and admission to the Alumni Network. 100-150 expected in attendance.

The LeadershipPlenty Institute of Waco Alumni Network hosts continued learning opportunities for graduates of the program, as well as networking events to promote collaboration and community engagement with graduates of the program throughout the year. Alumni Network sponsorships are for the whole fiscal year (April 2025 through March 2026).
