The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (LPI) is a 10-module transformational leadership development program for people interested in developing and enhancing their leadership skills to work more effectively within the Waco community and their respective organizations.

The LeadershipPlenty® is designed for people of varying backgrounds, occupations, and
experiences who are passionate about improving the local community and developing and
enhancing their leadership skills. LPI encourages individuals in leadership positions and those not yet engaged in formal leadership roles to consider applying for the program.

Individuals must submit an online application to The LeadershipPlenty® Institute to be
considered for the Institute.

No, a nomination is not required to apply.

LPI is offered to participants at no cost through underwriting provided by the Waco Foundation as an investment in the future success of our community.

Participants are expected to attend all ten half-day sessions from October to February. Separate morning and evening classes are offered on the same day to accommodate differing schedules. Participants are required to attend the session they are accepted to (preferences are accommodated when possible). Morning sessions are held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and evening sessions are held from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

If you know of someone who could benefit from participation in the Institute, you can nominate them, and they will receive an email notification inviting them to apply to The
LeadershipPlenty® Institute.

Applications are due by September 1 st every year.

You will be notified of your acceptance to the program via email by September 12th.
