Participant Information & Photography Policy

The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (LPI) acknowledges the importance of participant information and class

1. Participant Photography and Information Usage

1.1. Authorization: By participating in LPI, participants grant The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (including Waco Foundation/Baylor University), its representatives, and employees the authority to capture photographs of participants and their possessions during Institute-related engagements.

1.2. Copyright and Usage: The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (including Waco Foundation/Baylor University) and its authorized entities hold the right to copyright, employ, and distribute participant photographs in physical and electronic formats. This usage encompasses a variety of purposes, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, social media, annual reports, and web content.

2. Social Media Sharing

2.1. Sharing Authorization: Participants acknowledge and permit The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (including Waco Foundation/Baylor University) to share participant names, positive achievements, photographs obtained from alternative sources, and publicly available mentions through diverse online media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

3. Contact Information

3.1. Consent for Contact Information: Participants consent to sharing specific contact information to compile the final class roster and related listings.

4. Compliance and Awareness

4.1. Participants affirm their understanding and acceptance of this policy upon enrollment in the LeadershipPlenty® Institute.

4.2. This policy is subject to updates and amendments by The LeadershipPlenty® Institute, as required. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically to remain informed about its current terms and conditions.
