LPI Program Manager

Carlie Brown

Carlie holds a B.A. in Professional Writing and Rhetoric from Baylor University, with minors in Business Administration and Leadership Studies. She has a background in non-profit operations, project management, grant writing, and customer service, and has held various roles related to leadership development since 2018. Carlie serves on the Local Advisory Team for Isaiah 117 House in McLennan County, and has been involved in animal rescue for over a decade.

Originally from central Massachusetts, Carlie came to Waco five years ago to attend Baylor, and decided to make it home after falling in love with the city. On the weekends, you can find her creating a new recipe, taking on a home improvement project, or planning her next trip. Carlie enjoys skiing, hiking, watching football and women's basketball, and writing - particularly archival research and personal narrative.
