LeadershipPlenty® Institute (LPI) Participant Welcome Letter & Onboarding Paperwork

Dear Participant,

On behalf of the LeadershipPlenty® Institute (LPI), it is our distinct pleasure to extend to you a warm welcome to what we believe will be an incredible journey of growth in your skillsets and relationships. Your decision to join LPI Class 14 marks the beginning of an enriching experience that will empower you to thrive as a leader in your community.

Over the course of the next 6 months, you will have the privilege of engaging with a series of 10 transformative modules led by certified facilitators. These facilitators are distinguished leaders and experts across various industries and organizations in Waco. In addition to our certified facilitators, you will also have the opportunity to learn from guest speakers with expertise in various local subject matters. These certified facilitators and guest speakers will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum designed to expand your horizons and enhance your leadership capabilities. They will also supplement the course curriculum and ensure that your learning experience is tailored to the unique context of Waco.

We recognize the value of your commitment to LPI and the significance of the contribution you will make to our community. As we have a limited number of spots available in the Institute each year, we are grateful for the generous support of the Waco Foundation grant that allows us to offer tuition 100% underwritten. In return, we kindly ask for your unwavering commitment to attend and actively participate in the program.

We kindly request that you carefully review the policies outlined within your participant portal to ensure a smooth onboarding process. These policies (linked here) are integral to your journey with us, and your prompt attention to them is greatly appreciated. To secure your spot in LPI Class 14, please complete the form at the bottom of this note no later than Monday, September 9, 2024, before 5:00 p.m.
